Under Armour clothes

Tell me about Under Armour clothing. What is their warmest line? It all seems thin and I know it's supposed to be thin but seems too thin to really be warm.
My wife bought her a jacket and pants, the Infrared Coldgear. Is that going to be a very warm jacket and pants?
I don't know anything about Under Armour. Thanks yall

I wear the infrared fleece pants and jacket with just the 3.0 base layers and a hoodie when temps are in the 20s and stay warm.

There is nothing special or unique about UA products.

while I think it is good quality product, it is overpriced due to the hype created by their advertising campaign...
I personally like the redhead polarfleece underwear sold at bass pro...I find it just as warm and a hell of a lot cheaper...

Im a fan.
Some of their stuff is overpriced, but if you catch sales at the right time, you can get some really good items for a significant amount off.
That being said, Drake has some really nice stuff as well, and I hear that "banded" brand is pretty good too, but I've never worn it. I just know that UA makes some of the warmest and thinnest clothing out there, and I hate being bulky so I guess thats what attracted me to them.

That shite is expensive. I wear regular old long Johns

To many brands out there such as Red Head to spend that much on UA. I was given the UA cold weather base layer as a gift. I wore it once and went back to regular old long johns. The only gear I've got worth the money is Browning premoloft. It's not bulky, comfy, and warm.

That stuff is terrible. It's like the affliction of duck hunting.

I have several pieces of under armour. Really like it.

people who say the cheap brands are just as good as the ua are just saying thay because they dont like spending the money on ua gear, and there is nothing wrong with that.. but to say those cheap brands like redhead and regular long johns are the same.. are kidding themselves, nowhere close

I broke down and bought the cold gear infrared jacket and pants this hunting season. I wore them when temps were down to 28* this weekend. I also have first light mid weight base layer and a $15 polar edge base layer. I was comfortable. the only thing I added was a long john shirt on the 28* morning.
Are they leaps and bounds better for the money...that's up to the individual. I bought it to reduce the bulk and it accomplished that

Any of the poly/ wool blends will do the deal.

That's the key for me, I hate having a huge bulky jacket when I'm sitting in the stand/blind. Reducing the bulk is worth the money itself IMO.

I love my ua products. The cold gear socks are badass.

I bought some Remington knock off UA years ago at walmarks. I have worn those in some cold snow storms. Probably spent less than $30 for the pair. I stay warm.
