I don't really understand red IPAs and I don't really understand putting an IPA in a bourbon barrel. So either that would be absolutely disgusting to me or the double negative would make it go positive.

2BD is suga homebrewed Citra IPA. This is really a nice effort. The nose is excellent.

I agree that it doesn't sound very appeasing (BA red ipa). I recently tried a BA fire ant. That thing was so sweet and malty

That one is okay, but I like it less than some. I had it with cinnamon at their brewery in Brevard and thought it was really good.

I hear you. Red IPAs have to be special to get any attention from me and I don't understand barrel aging IPAs, either.

2bd is another Ranger. This place's beer selection is weak.

I see what hall are saying but I would bet those of you who enjoy BA beers would salivate over this one. I'm still just halfway through ..major flavor.
