9bd is a Diablo Rojo Bourbon barrel aged double red IPA....Four Peaks brew pub...Holy shite balls

I don't really understand red IPAs and I don't really understand putting an IPA in a bourbon barrel. So either that would be absolutely disgusting to me or the double negative would make it go positive.

I'm as confused as you are but this Diablo Rojo is a true beast.

2BD is suga homebrewed Citra IPA. This is really a nice effort. The nose is excellent.

I agree that it doesn't sound very appeasing (BA red ipa). I recently tried a BA fire ant. That thing was so sweet and malty

That one is okay, but I like it less than some. I had it with cinnamon at their brewery in Brevard and thought it was really good.

I hear you. Red IPAs have to be special to get any attention from me and I don't understand barrel aging IPAs, either.
2bd is another Ranger. This place's beer selection is weak.

I see what hall are saying but I would bet those of you who enjoy BA beers would salivate over this one. I'm still just halfway through ..major flavor.
