Fried green tomatoes with sautéed lump crab meat in top and chicken sausage. Freeze got our tomatoes and I'm not too upset about that after eating this.

4LSU2, 4LSU2 Senior, Thomas Magnum, and Uncle Neg arrived at our outfitter around 4pm. They served us hamburger steak, Lima beans, corn casserole, mustard greens, garden salad, and rolls for dinner. All of the above was most excellent. Our hunt starts in the morning. This is the "Shooter Wall":

They are awesome. Take boudin of choice, cut a regular egg roll wrap into 4 squares, a spoonful of boudin, wrap up (use an egg wash to make the edges stick) drop in hot grease until golden, drain and serve. They go fast at holidays around our house!
