UEFA leaving would destroy FIFA. All of the other Associations/Confederations would follow them.

United States and England should threaten Tourneys during the time World cup 2018 and 2022 go on.
They could easily get sponsors to commit, and get Eufa teams, Concacaaf, and one of the other Federations to commit to it.
Play it like you will be going against World Cup and punish FIFA. Break them if you have too.
There is no doubt the $$$ would be there for London and USA to put on a tourney. Many who are also rans would love the cash. Hell ,the african countries would turn for an extra $100.
If you show you can crush them, they will fold. FIFA is only strong, because no one challenges them. Challenge them and u break them.
