Also, you have to keep in mind that the average user isn't a phone geek so they won't be as discriminating as people here.

TouchWiz might be shite but the phone has a bajillion features and a bright and colorful display. People buy the eye candy waaaay more than they buy functionality and UI design.

did you use the tool apple released recently or just turned it off on your phone before switching? Also, what app are you using for messages?
