WBB just got crushed by UALR who went 5-9 last year vs top 200 teams...wow

70-54 at home vs a mediocre sunbelt team! OK, I posted about my worries a few weeks ago, and I know it is game one, but this may be the 2nd worst loss in the past 15 years (NC also has the #1 worst). In any casae, year 4 for NC, I say SEC 10th place or worse under .500 in sec. .500 overall and a lame duck if she makes it to year 5. She has not recruited (lazy) and used Van's seniors and LSU's $$$ for home games to get to sweet 16 last 2 years...coming home to roost now, lady cant coach or recruit...if they finish in top half of SEC I will be amazed..go ahead saintsfan and lsualum..tell me how good she is....oh, and UALR is from sunbelt, came in

Top 4 recruits in past 4 years-either gone or suspended
Record verus top 50 teams...below .500

from 2000-2011 we hade 5 final four teams, 4 SEC Champs, 4 sweet 16's and elite 8, average attendance 3,000+ and a top 5 program..lots of people cared....and still do...but NC is taking us backwards..fast

It's ridiculous that we couldn't win a NC when we had both Seimone Augustus and Sylvia Fowles at the same time.

They need to lower the goals and make the court smaller in order to make women's basketball watchable. Kinda like softball.

GREAT idea, all she did was lie and create perhaps the most unethical and selfish scandal in the history of WBB. Sure, sleep with your players, then play favorites with the ones who refuse your advances, especially the night before a final four game....oh and also have an affair with your assistant coach to help with the chemistry among the staff..good stuff...quality woman she is...

Agreed. If we don't fire her, the contract certainly needs to be revisited. She is paid FAR too much...

What you described about the women's basketball program is exactly why no on cares. How can you take a sport like that seriously? Not to mention watching middle school boys basketball is basically the exact same

They are very young, without their best player for who knows how long, and have zero size in the paint. It will be at looooonggggg season.
