Does it mean the SEC overrun station (1083 and 1084 on COX) or is it an Internet thing?

Not on those SEC network channels
I streamed it on ESPN Watch for the exhibition game last week on SECnetwork +
Rollins and Temple were on the broadcast, it basically replaces the CST games and LSU can provide as much content of that as they want.
It was pretty fast and reliable for the basketball game. will be anxious to see how it works for the game Sat and baseball games because the last baseball game I did was pretty slow

The SEC Network stuff wasn't in place last baseball season. It should all be much much better this year.

FYI, Time Warner Cable doesn't make the SECN+ programming available on WatchESPN. Sux for lots of east coast Tigers.

SECN+ is an all digital channel, which means you can't watch it on any TV channels. As others have said, it can only be viewed on WatchESPN. Your TV provider must be a "participating provider" with ESPN and your TV package must include the SEC Network.
Most TV providers are "participating providers", however, for some stupid reason, DirecTV is not! Therefore if you have DirecTV, you cannot view WatchESPN. I have DirecTV and all of the ESPN's along with the SEC Network, but I am not going to be able to watch the game tomorrow!
I am pissed at DirecTV and will likely change to another provider if they don't get with the program soon!
