I think it was a longshot but after last weekend is a legitimate chance

I think it went from 10% to 40% chance but id be surprised if they didn't go to A&M or at least one to UT and one to A&M

Didn't I read somewhere that he tweeted "LSU visit went great, definitely looking forward to coming back with my dad" ....or said something close to that to some other media outlet?

Yes you did read that but he will have to find the time to get here. What i read is he is a early enrollee and his schedule is pretty full to get back so lets hope they find the time to come back. Like i said if they move around the schedule and his dad comes in with him we are in this race.

this

my good buddy is a premium Aggie board member and sent me an article about Mack. they basically said its a 90% chance he stays with A&M and hes telling everyone he's just enjoying his visits and living it up.

Jeffersons parents really like Charlie Strong and the program at UT

Go read the interview Taylor Hamm did with him on 247 and tell me if it sounds like he's just taking visits.

News from the battlegrounds: Don't ever listen to any Aggie insider. An Aggie in its purest form is more delusional than any fan I have ever encountered.

Here are the facts........The Aggies suck on defense! Despite our woes on offense the Aggies are 10x worse on defense.

Couple that with the firing of a D coordinator and any D recruit is going to shop. Aggies are going to have to make a huge spash here. I'd assume they'd 1st shoot for Muschamp but I don't know if he'd take that bait.

So do we have a shot with Mack, you bet your arse we do for 3 reasons: 1)Pedigree 2) early playing time 3) potential cogs for production in Lacoutore and Valentine next to him......

I want those two as much as the next guy but I don't get why grown men get so excited when a recruit says positive things about the visit when they are already committed to another school

Why wouldn't they have a great time and why wouldn't they want to take visits and be wined and dined? I would. They are 18 and enjoying life

It's like if I decided to buy a Porsche but Ferrari and Maserati invited me to test drive their car for a weekend, all free and no strings attached. Why the hell not!!

He barely talked about the visit. He talked about all his problems with A&M and how he didn't like they way they're playing. He sounded like he was looking for a reason to decommit. He said them winning out wouldn't lock him up.

You're probably the same guy who gets all up in arms when an LSU commit visits other schools.

You seem like one of those chicken little, the sky is falling types who thinks nothing ever goes right for this program

He has been that way for two recruiting seasons now.

I doubt any recruit who saw the A&M and Bama game wouldn't want to at least study things a little. That coupled with the "likely" change in DC, adds a good bit of uncertainty.

I don't think A&M gets Muschamp if he is ok with taking a year off. Also, I am not sure A&M does much for his head coaching career goals except to expose him more to a creative offense.

At this time I think that Mack will end up an Aggie, less confident about Malik as UT continues to improve. His mom really likes UT.

I don't think 90% is even close, as I do think that Mack is concerned about A&M's defensive future. I get that impression from some early on comments about his parents wanting him not to commit too early. The comments gave me the impression that he gets pretty excited, but I also think he is a sharp kid and will look at several factors when it comes down to his final decision.

Question: has anyone heard anything about the two recruits since the visits?

Your answer: provide link that only discusses the two visitors prior to their visit.

The way you provided the link suggested the answer was in there and the OP should read that before starting a new thread about it. If you're going to post links, read them first. That one contributed nothing to this conversation. By your own logic, that apparently makes you an asshat too.

That is how I concluded you were being a dick. It was either that or an idiot.
