Pretty sure I've got my second one in under a year. Different foot this time. Waiting for doc office to open so I can get an appointment.

Should I just give up on running? I eased back in to it after my last one as everyone suggested and slowly ramped stuff up, mixing in a lot of cycling and eliptical, but it didn't seem to make an impact (hurr).

I hadn't even really started running that much - fastest mile I'm doing right now is only 13 minutes, and I've been paying attention to my stride to make sure I'm not striking hard. Should I just give the frick up and stick to the bike?
