Did We Say "100%" Vegetarian Sides?

The sides are pretty much vegetarian unless you choose to add (and pay for) the pulled pork, brisket or bacon bits.

Looks like adding the meat to the potato makes it more of an entree price-wise too.

I am vegetarian....well....piscetarian....close enough.....and so I am slow on the uptake.....but even I can figure out that adding bacon or pork....or chicken makes the broccoli not vegetarian. But from my perspective, its nice to know the broccoli isn't sreamed in chicken broth and the potato salad doesn't have eggs in it......how'd they do that?
