Or has JT replaced him for good?

Don't see how you bench Barrett (spelling?) after his performance so far.

Heard a rumor he is transferring to FSU.

Scout (Bucky Brooks) says his best bet is to stay and start at RB. Ohio State fans....is this feasible?

Ive seen it on some message boards and heard about it on a couple of radio shows. Nothing concrete. Just that Jameis is going pro and Braxton going to FSU would be perfect timing.

Wouldn't he need to sit out a year if he transferred?

Not if he has his degree.

I'd be surprised if he did.

Agreed. I haven't been following everything of detail, but I haven't heard anything related to that. Obviously anybody can make up a rumor.

Braxton will start next year and Barrett will have another year before he takes the helm for good.

I hope Braxton comes back and can run the wildcat better than anyone in history

That's my line of thinking. He would be devastating in that pivot/h back spot. Good luck one on one against him in the open field.

He will compete for QB then move to H back.

But if I were he, I'd transfer to Oregon.

Oregon's depth chart at QB is VERY favorable next year. Lockie is nothing more than a game manager, Griffin is an athlete that played in the triple option with GA Tech, Mahalak will be a redshirt frosh that had a shoulder injury this year and Waller is the true frosh coming in. It's wide open.

I can't see Braxton in FSU's offense if he remains at qb.

Braxton at Oregon would be downright lethal plus he'd have a strong possibility of facing off against his former team.
