My team is a lock for the playoffs and 1st week by, sitting at 9-1 right now.

It's a keeper league and with our trades we are also allowed to trade draft picks. My RB situation is pretty good, I have:
Murray
Peterson (who I picked up 2 weeks ago from FA)
Gio
Hill
McKinnon
Gore

The trade deadline is coming up and I put a note out in the league that I would trade Murray or Peterson for draft picks for next year.
What do y'all think would be a reasonable trade offer for either Murray or Peterson effective so they would have them this weekend. (i.e. I trade Murray for someone's 1st and 3rd round pick next year?)

Also, nobody can keep Peterson or Murray as there's a 2 round draft tax on keepers in our league. So no 1st or 2nd round picks from the previous year can be kept, and if you draft a guy in the 6th round this year and keep him, he'll count as your 4th round pick next year. Peterson was taken in the 1st round in my league this year, but then dropped, and I picked up Murray in the 2nd.

Murray for 1st and 3rd sounds extremely fair to me. Are you that confident in AP next year?

I wouldn't get to keep either. We do a 2 round draft tax for keepers. Anyone who is drafted in the 1st or 2nd round this year cannot be a keeper for next year and if you draft someone in the 6th round this year and keep them, they count as your 4th round pick next year.

I drafted Peyton in the 1st this year, and Murray in the 2nd. Another guy drafted Peterson in the 1st, but dropped him after he was put on the commish's exempt list.

Why would someone drop Peterson in a keeper league? That doesn't make sense

I would trade Peterson, for draft picks though. My team is better than most of the guys in my league, they don't really have players that would help me this year. So the draft picks for next year are more appealing to me.

What do you think would be a fair trade as far as draft picks for next year for Peterson? Peterson should be back for Wk 12. They all know they can't keep Peterson because of the 2 round draft tax for next year, but he should be able to help them weeks 12-16.

They thought he was done for the year and they weren't going to be able to keep him for next season. I'm glad they did though, now I can use him as trade bait or really stack my lineup even further in the playoffs.

You would be stupid to trade away Murray if you could win it all this year.

That's understandable, and goes along with the whole, "you dance with you brung ya'," However, I could probably win it all without him still.

I have:
Peyton

Murray
Peterson (should be back week 12.)
Gio
Hill
McKinnon
Gore

Kelvin Benjamin
Alshon
Cobb
Matthews (I just dropped Steve Smith for him this week.)

Gates
Olsen

Vinetieri

Philadelphia

Losing Murray might cost me 6-12 points a game, but I'm 140 points up on the guy in 2nd place, after 10 weeks. I think I can still win the rest of the games this year, and if I could get a 1st and 3rd round pick next year for him, that would be pretty attractive.

You're gonna need murray if you want to win

Peterson hasn't even been cleared to go yet. You're getting free draft picks since he didn't cost you anything

I wouldn't trade Murray.

If you get a good enough deal for Peterson, go for it.

That's what I'm trying to figure out, what would be a fair offer or range for an offer to trade Peterson? I think a 1st and 2nd Rd pick for him may be to high, but would a 2nd and 4th round be fair?
