I'm not too familiar with the area so any help would be appreciated.

My choices are: Ox Lot 9, Del Porto, Lola, Dakota, La Povence or Jubilee.

Dont take a chick on a first date to dinner. Meet after dinner for drinks.

Nah, we met this weekend.

In my opinion, yes.

We are both 30.

Not a bad plan...

Could go to Barley Oak if it's going to be cold though.

My wife and I went to a really nice place on our first date, but we sat at the bar and ate. Just do whatever you're comfortable with.

I'm having a hard time finding info on either of these places.

Definitely nothing too nice for a first date.

I'd recommend Bosco's. Great food, not too expensive, and doesn't look like you're trying too hard on a first date.

The location at Terra Bella is really nice.

To be honest, these were some of the top restaurants in Covington in the late 1970's. I just assumed they were still in business.

Definitely not a first date option, IMO.
