Idk what's going on but there's something wrong.
This has happened before(not this bad), and under the same circumstances.
Haven't eaten much today, and drank about 6 beers within the past 5 hours.
I can't even stand up. I feel like my stomach could literally explode of I make a sudden movement. I've ruled out anything like ruptured spleen or pancreas, and fully expect to just get rid of this by just.....passing gas....but fricking a this has been too painful for too long.
What the hell can I do to speed up this process. I'm not even close to needed to use the bathroom yet.
Any advice would be appreciated a

4 oz soda
1tsp bitters
Couple squeezes of lemon
Combine
BUT THERE'S ONE MORE STEP
Rub some lemon on a straw and roll it through some salt (kosher if you got it).
The second you stir the liquid with the salted end of the straw - It will bubble like crazy.
Drink quickly, but don't "slam it"
Walk around for 2 minutes.
You're welcome.

Could be gallbladder.

Take some gas-x to help alleviate the pressure

Have a lemon, no bitters. Will seltzer water work?

You have a-hole reflux, its when your arse backs up into your mouth.

Believe me, there was a moment where I was considering going to the hospital. But I can feel some "rumblings" and think it's just gas. It's taking way longer to get going than the few times this has ever happened though.

Anything carbonated will help. Anything citrus will help (splash of OJ?) Salted stir still works.
Bitters basically lacerates the lining of your stomach a little and makes it absorb EVERYTHING - acids and all.

Sounds a lot like a hot gallbladder, my man. It comes and goes, usually getting worse each time, and eventually it has to come out.

As much as it hurts - You have to keep moving around for your body to process stuff faster.

Nicotine is a stimulant so yeah probably

Nicotine suppresses appetite - slows your stomach down. Don't do it.

Preach.

Update? If it's still bugging you - You have acid reflux at the very least.

Nicotine does not slow your stomach down
It is a stimulant and, like caffeine, suppresses your appetite but also acts as sort of a mild laxative
