haven't tried a turkey, but spatchcocking chicken is the fastest/easiest/tastiest way to grill a whole bird, by far.

I don't have room for that. I'll stick with the infrared ovens.

Spatchcock is the way to go for roasting/grilling/smoking birds.

I spatchcocked a whole chicken and grilled it like the recipe from their site says.

Worked out really nicely.
