for the past few months on my timeline im getting all these annoying suggestions that appear like "Bill Simmons follows ESPN Sports" and it will show ESPN sports tweet. I don't follow ESPN Sports, just Bill Simmons
I get these all day about people I follow. can I turn these off?

Use a different app. I use echophone and never have paid ads pop up.
