Couldn't Les/Cam open the QB competition back up like A&M did?

Kyle Allen had a rough outing the first time he played and then against auburn he shreds them for 4 TD's. a true freshman. shredded. auburn.

what would the harm of each QB getting half of the snaps and see who plays better? Isn't that what you want? the best QB playing?

I truly believe even kragthorpe could have completed more than 8 passes last night. The O line was giving jennings a TON of time to go to his second and third reads.

Jennings has not progressed since wisconsin, and dare I say he's regressed. truly befuddling from what we saw last year against arkansas to now.

The fact that aTm had a bye week had a lot to do with that.

We would have had to do it before Alabama. And you can't really do that before your biggest game of the season.

That would require creativity, imagination, innovation... change. Plus an awareness that there is a problem with the current QB situation.

Finally being in the stadium last night and seeing it in person. Jennings is just awful. It's as simple as that. There has to be someone on campus who is better. Just has to be.

both of A&Ms QBs are light years ahead of ours and they have the number 1 QB in the nation coming there next year

So we have a 6'1" athletic QB coming ala clone of Jennings

I agree with this. Jennings had plenty of time, but was playing scared.

I don't think BH should be doomed by the AU game. Let him try to find a groove with the receivers again.

I'm sure that Rettig and Rivers could have performed equally to AJ. #crystalball

If you're going to go with Harris, let the guy play, make mistakes, and have a chance to succeed. Otherwise, things are going to be no better with him in there

I disagree. he HAS improved just not enough to win close games with his arm. he hit's screen passes now and last night at least 4 very catchable balls were dropped, THREE by one WR, which is simply unacceptable. all four of those passes were key plays. hell, we pass so damn little, every pass is critical because it's 3rd and long. three of those drops were for first downs (on 3rd down) and one was crucial in OT.

one can make a case that those 4 dropped passes and the squib kick cost us that game. of course the personal foul after the fumble recovery should also be included.

what's sad is that the team folded at the end because of those 4 passes, kick and foul.

I digressed but AJ's failure was in OT and his inaccuracies. he's a very strange QB, his passes either stink or they are uncannily accurate. it looks to me like he's aiming the ball a lot.

it's hell when he's the best chance we have to win but it is what it is. we really play with one arm tied behind our back.
