56 carries. 183 yards. 38:16 time of possession.

We controlled the ball in the second half and ran it down their throats. Bama should have been gasping, but we never got it in the end zone. We got 3 points out of it until the fumble recovery.

3 points in the second half with Les' "ground and pound" strategy.

By the OT, we threw it 4 straight times because we knew that we would not be able to run it in on them.

Les always wants to run and wear the other team out and then bust big runs in the 4th quarter. But, it didn't work against Alabama last night. If it was EVER going to work, it would have been last night But, it didn't. 38 minutes time of possession. Bama's defense should have been gasping, but THEY were the ones with the fire and momentum going into the OT. WE seemed dejected and wiped out.

Yes, Quinn should have caught those slant passes. But, the overall strategy of run, run, run and wear Bama out just didn't work.

Les needs to change. LSU needs to change. At least a little. Maybe this loss will show the coaches that?

We threw it 4 times based on the situation, and what happened on the previous plays.

If that first down throw isn't dropped, the complexion of the whole drive changes.

He hasn't. He won't. Hell could freeze over and we'd still be plodding along... Les and the Rock of Gibraltar - unchanging.

Why am I dumb?

We controlled the game and TOP. Still, Bama stopped us in the 4th.

We needed a long drive to eat up the last 5 minutes and end it with a FG. But, they kept stopping us. They were still strong.

We can wear down Ole Miss. We cannot wear down Bama.

This.
The board wants him to pass more. But the passes were either off the mark, or the target drops the ball.

8 for 26.

What's it gonna be OP? If Jennings throws it 40 times (like Sims), we lose in a blowout. We would've had like 14 completions...

Really should have been 11/22 or 12/22 in regulation. He had some horrendous throws, but also some that should have moved the chains.

We catch all the balls we dropped, we extend some drives and probably win.

If the first part happens...Les is the hero and beats Bama with a solid game plan.

Squib kick. Unsportsmanlike Conduct. Team should have kept composure knowing everything was on the line. Pushing someone on the field (which I saw when it happened) knew was going to draw the USLC flag. What did he prove? Jack shite. Bama (and Landon Collins) laughing at us.

Well QB play has a TON t d with it.. Its hard to explain that Miles will not admit he has always recruited shitty QBS.

Well the game was won until the defense decided to shite the bed again just like in 2012.

DOn't give me the shite of the defense kept us in the game because truth is the did but could not finish it.

The drops didn't help the passing either including the first down play in OT which would have gave us 6- 8 yards if not more. that play changed the whole scheme in OT
