quick question about Ritter ' s crew

Is the line referee that called the Phantom touchback from 15 yards away and poor 3rd down spot the same referee that "missed" the blatant facemask against Ole Miss that allowed Bama to scoop and score before half? If so, this guy really needs to be looked at!!!!
