What sucks the most is Bama's supposed down teams still are in the hunt late

Every single year.
They can be "down" by their standards yet it will be mid-November and Bama will be right there in the hunt with only a few games left.
I honestly do not see us winning another championship as long as Saban is at the helm in Tuscaloosa.
And I really do like Miles for the most part.

It does suck. They have* so much fortune too.
Arkansas gave them that game.
One of their last two should put them out of it, however they got both games at home.

Well that's because their 2 toughest games typically are LSU on the 2nd weekend in November and Auburn on Thanksgiving weekend.

Agree - plus AL probably picked up a recruit + that attended the game and was considering both teams. AL ends up with the #1 class again this year while we close with a good but not top class.
Saban owns Miles. That battle was done and over with on 1/9. Last night was just another nail in that coffin.

Thing is, if Miles would just change a few things about the way the team is run. Just a few freaking things, I think we're in the NC talks every other year or so. So freaking aggravating.

He really didn't, their offense was horrible and they abandoned what worked for them in the second half. He's on the staff and yeah, they got the W but you can't give Kiffin credit for the win

LSU doesn't have the chest to close Bama out. Just not a mentally strong team. From the QB's football acumen (lack of) to the punt returners football accumen (lack of).
Miles calls for the kick to go out of the end zone (per his pc) and he gets a duck hook on the ground and out of bounds.

In spite of Alabama's consecutive or close to consecutive number 1 recruiting classes, their talent has been pretty even with LSU for years now. The only difference between the two programs is COACHING.

It's all about coaching. Sims is no way a major QB talent but he's an extreme hardworker and Kiffin tailors what Sims does best to his playbook. We don't tailor anything to the skillsets of our players. And, we never have. We haven't been innovative with our play calling save a few trick plays since Miles has been here. That first play Bama had the ball in OT is something we would NEVER do!
