at season's end, which teams will be the ones that will be bitching the most about NOT making the playoffs?

Not so sure about this one. If they finish with one loss, they're PAC champions. A one-loss PAC champion will not be left out.

Most likely a few SEC teams saying that there should have been 4 SEC teams in the playoffs.
