Doing my first solo jambalaya tomorrow

Worrying over things I should know like taking out browned meat before onions, how much grease to extract, how high my burner will be, my rice turning process, etc.

Tips?

Whatever process you have just follow it. Worrying is just part if the game. Everyone goes through the worrying process for their first solo run.

Don't over worry it. It ain't rocket science. No need for high heat, so no burn worries.
