10 team keeper league(trade only valid for this year) 1pt ppr with bonus for 40yard completions currently in 5th place top 6 make it to playoffs. Proposed trade is with #6 2 games behind me

So basically you are looking for a flex player. To me you would be trading away your two best flex options in robinson and cooks for one option now at flex in watkins (who is somewhat injured). Its not cut and dry yes or no but personally I would probably stay set or ask for watkins and someone else. Since its not cut or dry it will be more of your personal decision who you like better for the dynamic of your team

If you have to play 3 WRs and a flex, I might do it.
If you play 2 WRs and a flex, I think it's a toss up.
Watkins as your #3 WR would be better than what you have, and you can use West as your flex. Possibly Sims if he becomes something. It's close though.

Sorry I should have mentioned that. Have to start 3WR 2rb and 1 flex. (Rb/wr/TE)
basically I feel pretty good ab the direction my bench is headed and want a legit WR3 and play musical chairs with my flex depending on match ups
