Hey guys,
I have a spreadsheet here at work that helps me manage the jobs within my group. I want to set up a conditional format that reads if the actual date of a job is completed before or after the committed date. I've looked through the dates section of formulas that are already there, and it has nothing. Is this formula possible?

I just selected "Conditional Formatting", then "Highlight Cell Rules...Greater Than" and selected a date field. Entering a date beyond the target turned the cell the selected color. On or before left the cell the default color.

Yes. I assume completed date and committed date are in separate columns, with each row having a separate date.
Select the cells you want to apply the formatting, Under conditional formatting, formulas, for example put "=B3>F3" (not including quotes). This assumes B column is completed date, and F column is committed date and Row 3 is first data row. If you select the entire column, the 3 becomes 1.
