I figured I'd go ahead and post the warning that the OP or anyone else definitely may want to bail on this thread if they are concerned at all about spoilers. With that said though:
I don't know. I like the direction her character has gone in Season 3. Yeah she was a spoiled little bratty bitch with daddy issues, but that is probably a pretty accurate portrayal of a teenage rich girl her age that lost her dad and brother (or at least she thought) at a young age. But I like the evolution of her character so far this season.

I thought the montage at the beginning of this past week's episode was very telling. You had Roy and Laurel basically screwing up their training sessions with their respective mentors, yet Thea was on point with her training. She has turned into a very self confident woman who appears to have her her crap together (apart from being mentored by a psychopath, of course
).
