How bad does it suck to live in the Houma/Thibodaux area?

One of my offers is in that area but I am not real keen about living in that area. I would be offshore most of the time and have a family camp close by but that still doesnt make it that much better. I know Nichols is there and its about an hour from NewO, BR, and Laff.

If you are offshore most of the time why not live in NOLA area and commute

I could live at the camp and trickle back to NOLA often, but I couldn't "live" in Houma/Thib. That's my .02.

Bc the company requires you to be within 50 miles or the facility.

That area seems nicer and improving every time I go down there.

Be careful about where you live in Houma, if possible, move to Thibodaux...

Other than maybe two streets on the west side and the entire east side, Houma is pretty safe, no?

Thib is where I would live if I moved there. Hopefully find some Nicholls sluts.
