Bama band staying in Lafayette??? For real?

Whoever is their travel coordinator screwed up if this isn't a joke. WHY not stay in NOLA??? And I hope they don't get stuck in traffic on I-10 headed to BR.

Saints game and probably a convention. Actually a smart move. Hotels will probably be cheaper in Lafayette.

Yes that's true. I just really figured this would have been an "earmarked" full band game way back when and arrangements taken care of a long time ago. As an LSU fan that travels I-10 to the games, I'd laugh if they get stuck in traffic .. that basin bridge sucks.

I doubt if they wait till 2 oclock to leave. And state troopers will get them there with an escort if needed.
