Thinking of trying this place out. Is it worth the while? I checked the menu but no prices. Any other suggestions for that area on the lake besides Landry's.

Look again. There's a link to a menu with prices. LINK

Never been here, but been to Brisbi's next door. It's decent for what it is - nothing spectacular. I suspect this place is similar.

Had dinner on their balcony a few weeks ago. It was my first time, so I ordered a seafood platter just to gauge the place. Had shrimp and catfish. Both were seasoned well, and cooked in separate oils. Fries and hush puppies were enjoyable. I also tried the cheddar biscuits, but I would not recommend them.

Tried two of their house cocktails. I had the Crab Trap and my wife had the Sea Reviver. Both were very good and packed a good punch.

Total with tip was about $45, and we feel we got our money's worth.

I prefer Brisbis to the Blue Crab. Both are light years ahead of Landrys

They are better than Landry's. Neither are anything special but they have a nice view and are adequate.
