Gonna be a nice bowl of red beans and sausage over an obscenely large wedge of corn bread.

Not nothing. Got on that chipotle pretty hard leaving ATL earlier. Guts are iffy.

Roasted some chicken thighs and cherry tomatoes. Pulled it apart and mixed it with veggies, and a coconut curry sauce. Served over quinoa.

Local lady delivered freshly made still warm hot tamales, so chili and tamales rose to the top choice.

Soft scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, capers and thin sliced red onion.

With a big glass of Feliciana Farms whole milk. Wife had wine which is probably more appropriate but the non homogenized milk is very good and rich. Ice cold.

I had skim milk like that, recently. The difference is damn fine. So good.
