No. Obama has presented a few budgets but managed to garner 0 voted out of 520 (all of congress).
A budget has not been passed in congress in 5 years. The house has passed numerous budgets but Harry Reid has tabled every single one of them so they could not be voted on. Therefore we have only pushed through CR's.
Thus the reason the liberals lost last night.

That's the scary part about Obama's budgets. I mean 30 Dems have been voted out of Office that signed Obamacare, but he has never got a vote on any budget. He just knows how to throw money at any problem, and he's never solved anything...Think about it...

the fact that anyone on the planet doesn't know Harrybutthole Reid has blocked every attempt at getting a vote on a budget in the senate shows you how miserable Repubs are at PR.

I thought it was in 2010? and really couldn't deep research it. I knew of multiple tablings by the Senate leadership. Thx.

I agree with that. Not sure why it was not used durning campaigning. You would think it is an important issue.
