Ask your hotel to see if they do a shuttle. I think the Pastime Restaurant used to do one, but I'm not sure if they still do. CATS picks up at all the downtown hotels as well as both downtown casinos.

Pastime Tiger Transit UPDATE 2014

We have received notice from the LSU Parking and Transportation Department on the 2014 Tiger Transit Shuttle Buses. Due to increased security arrangements the contraflow and the reconfiguration of pedestrian access on North Stadium Rd, the shuttle buses used to transport from the Pastime Restaurant to LSU will no longer be allowed to stage on North Stadium Rd. The buses will now pick up in the bus lot just after the football practice fields along with the other game day shuttles and buses. We understand the need for the change and will do our best to make the shuttles to and from Tiger Stadium convenient for all of our customers.

I have used the Pastime shuttle in the past, might do it again this year. I will definitely be there early in the day getting some food though. One of my favorite spots.

The Pastime runs as many buses as needed to transport our guests Non-Stop to the game. The first shuttle leaves 3 hours before the kickoff and the next shuttle will leave approximately every 30 minutes or when the shuttle is at least 3/4 full. In the past, the buses would drop the passengers off at the corner of Nicholson & Skip Bertman Drive, which is across the corner from Tiger Stadium and picked up after the game at Mike The Tigers Cage, which is less than 500 hundred feet from Tiger Stadium. This year, due to increased security around the stadium, the contraflow changes and the new pedestrian zone, the buses will pick up 200 feet farther down Skip Bertman drive, just past the LSU Tigers Practice Football fields on the left. The last bus headed back to the Pastime will leave no later than 30 minutes after the final gun. Call us at 225-343-5490 or 225-344-6676 with any questions you may have.

We bought shuttle tickets for the Ole Miss game, but didn't take it to the Stadium from downtown because we wanted to get to campus early. There was a delay afterwards, but it was worth it.
