Do you live in a world where Republicans have a chance to implement entitlement reform, overturn Roe v Wade, etc in the next 2 years? I would be glad to live in that world, but I don't.

I live in a world that sees Republicans as backwards stiffs who are too blind to see the world moving away from them.
Republicans have to shock the middle into a new way of seeing them. The same old stuff they have been saying for 40 years is not going to do it.

I want to fix the country so my kids don't grow up in a shithole designed by the likes of Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi. Judging by your comments, your ideas are not likely to get us there.

Oh, and by the way, I am not a stoner, but weed decriminalization is a moral issue. Try using your non drug-addled brain to figure out why.

Firstly, the idea that the federal government would FORCE states to legalize marijuana is simply ridiculous. This isn't a civil rights issue. All the federal government could reasonably do is stop listing it as a schedule I narcotic.

Secondly, a republican congress/senate are not the ones that are going to do this. It doesn't matter whether or not it's in line with small government principles. Electable republican politicians are only in favor of "smaller government" as long as it doesn't interfere with their ability to legislate morality.
