Any government benefits to individuals funded by taxpayer dollars.

Promises were made that could never be kept. We need to keep promises to those who paid for them, and break them outright for those who didn't or this country will die a horrible death.

We don't need sentencing reform, we need a populous who can follow the damn law.

We don't need immigration reform, we need immigration ENFORCEMENT.

We need sentencing reform. I don't understand how people can't see how messed up the system is in this country.

Start with the Senate passing EVERYTHING they can that has been passed out of the House and languished on Reid's desk.

Then let's see who the "obstructionist" is. A lot of the bills have Dem support. A bill with ANY Dem support is more "bipartisan" than obamacare.

Bunch of selfish, immature a-holes who don't deserve to have a say in who runs this country.

Do you live in a world where Republicans have a chance to implement entitlement reform, overturn Roe v Wade, etc in the next 2 years? I would be glad to live in that world, but I don't.

I live in a world that sees Republicans as backwards stiffs who are too blind to see the world moving away from them.
Republicans have to shock the middle into a new way of seeing them. The same old stuff they have been saying for 40 years is not going to do it.

I want to fix the country so my kids don't grow up in a shithole designed by the likes of Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi. Judging by your comments, your ideas are not likely to get us there.

Oh, and by the way, I am not a stoner, but weed decriminalization is a moral issue. Try using your non drug-addled brain to figure out why.

One of the main ones I agree with is the Marijuana legalization. One stumbling block to legalization would be Congressmen who fear backlash from their social conservative constituents. An easy fix for this would be just to pass a bill that decriminalizes marijuana on the federal level BUT allows states to determine legality for themselves.

Firstly, the idea that the federal government would FORCE states to legalize marijuana is simply ridiculous. This isn't a civil rights issue. All the federal government could reasonably do is stop listing it as a schedule I narcotic.

Secondly, a republican congress/senate are not the ones that are going to do this. It doesn't matter whether or not it's in line with small government principles. Electable republican politicians are only in favor of "smaller government" as long as it doesn't interfere with their ability to legislate morality.

Keystone pipeline to top Senate agenda next year

Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell declared Tuesday that approving the Keystone XL pipeline will top the Senate agenda in January, potentially setting up an early veto confrontation with President Barack Obama.

Congressional Republicans have been pushing for approval of the pipeline for years. Obama has resisted because of environmental concerns.

Repeal obama-scam & let barry veto it. Get every rat in the House & Senate on record and use it for the 2016 elections. Do this about 3 times a year. Watch the rats start sweating like a drunk in church

Pass the go ahead for Keystone XL construction. Get barry to veto it. Get every rat in the House & Senate on record, use it for the 2016 elections. Do this about 3 times a year. Watch em squeal like the pigs they are.

Pass border security at the Mexican border. Let barry veto it. Get every rat in the House & the Senate on the rcord. Use it for the 2016 elections. Do this about 3 times a year. Watch em sweat.
