The SO and I are going to N.O. for the weekend and going to eat at a few good places and thought I should share as you do. A few places we will be eating are Peche, Commanders Palace, Elizabeth's and the American Sector (I know not as good as the others, but we will be there anyway and starving. Unless someone knows of a good place close by for lunch?) Any tips on doing this? And not sure on how to upload pics on here? TIA

if you dont want to be the guinea pig for the new american sector setup, the butcher is the obvious choice nearby.

Quite a few options nearby.
La Casita, Butcher, Carmo, I think Marcello's is open for lunch.

ate at American Sector for lunch a few weeks ago. Got the reuben. it was pretty tasty. service was spotty

ast time I went to Sector I was told there wasa 45 minute wait, though there were a lot of open tables. I went to the Open Table app and got a table in 15 minutes. I told the server and she said those were held for reservations. I thought that was strange.

I upload my from google plus. It's the only reason I use it.
Your choices sound good. I'm planning on several cocktail places and small plates for Friday. I also think I'll catch some music Friday night.

I email pics to my gmail. When I get to work, I upload them to google plus (option in the email). It has to be more than one pic.
