Are you kidding?

How can Les be called anything less than a great coach? This looked like the worst team he's fielded in a long time, and turned it around. 10-3 is just as close.

Cheers to our badass coach.

While I agree it's possible, let's just take it one game at a time before we get too excited.

whoa, take a breath.

Bama is going to be very tough to beat. They're very good, and it will be hard for us to play with max intensity and emotion two games in a row. It's just natural to "come down" after a huge emotional expenditure, like Ole Miss.

Arky scares me. They always play us tough, and we'll be on the road. They're a tough running team and they're due to win a conference game. They're no pushover.

And A&M is a wild card. Still scary, and we play them on the road.

3-0 would be a huge, huge accomplishment, but I don't see it happening. Honestly, 2-1 would be terrific. 1-2 is just as likely.

This. Been telling my wife this all season. They will be a good team, desperate for a conference win with nothing to lose.

I'm nit-picking here, but when discussing possible season outcomes, can we please not include a bowl game against an unknown opponent.

I can't tell from your post whether you think we'll go 3-0 to finish and then lose our bowl game, or we go 2-1 and then win our bowl game.

Limit predictions to the regular season.

What if he loses to Saban this Saturday? How many will be calling for him to be fired?

I don't agree with that 100%. We have a lot of youth, but that doesn't necessarily equate to being the worst team. Fournette would start at any other school and our WRs have a ton of talent. Unfortunately, we have the worst QB of Miles' tenure, so that handicaps the offense a great deal.

A bit premature. To be fair 7-5 (3-5 in SEC) is also within reach, which would equal his worst season at LSU. Lets just see how the final 3 games play out before reaching any definitive conclusions. Remember, LSU was #15 with a 6-2 record going into the Bama game in 2008

There have been Les haters since the day he stepped on campus. I've yet to hear of one being converted. Don't you remember us blowing the doors off everyone in 2011 (prior to the Championship Game)and people still found stuff to complain about? I'm absolutely convinced that there is nothing Les can do to shake off his haters. Screw 'em.

We've come a long way from not being bowl eligible after the Auburn game. Big turnaround by Les this season, now let's finish the job.

Defeating Bama is the first and foremost part of that. It will be wild, but if we keep fighting like in the Ole Miss game, the Tigers will prevail.

He doesnt have to lose for this to occur. Now if he wins 59-0, he may get a one day reprieve. I wouldnt bet on it, but it sounded good.

The bye week was at a perfect time to allow the team to level out emotionally. I believe the intensity can be matched because of it. It would have been very difficult had the game been this past Saturday.

I think Arky may prove to be every bit as tough as Bama. I also think a&m will be a very tough out. It may sound silly but I think we may have a better chance of beating bama at home with all the added motivation and crazy crowd support than we do at the other two. If we finish 1-2 with our only win being BamaI won't be shocked. Very disappointed and frustrated yes, but not shocked.
