Apparently he's eligible to apply for reinstatment now. No idea if that's even remotely possible or what the reduction would be.

He's eligible to return but is still checked into a voluntary 90-day rehab facility. It's still pretty doubtful he plays this year.

Could you imagine picking up Gordon, Blackmon, AP? It would be the most epic year of waiver pickups 
But I don't think Blackmon is coming back. Maybe next year? I don't even know about that possibility though.
