I'm turning in a topic for my final paper of the semester in about 30 minutes. I have to argue a position on a current issue (local, national, or international).
I'm an engineering major in an upper level writing class with a bunch of democrats.
I need to go out with a bang.
It has to be something I can write ~2000 words about.
Edit: Something that'd have a lot of sources would be incredibly helpful.

It literally can be about any contemporary issue.
We just had a killer paper, so I think he taking it a little easy on us. He's a lazy piece of shite, so I don't think he wants to read a novel.

be sure you use spelling and grammar check.
i'd get tired of grading writing assignments too if my college students didn't know basic grammar.
