Rouse's gigantic deli paninis are amazing, hot pressed and only $6. It's easily two meals for me.

Not gonna know what to do with the next 12 days off. Although 7 of the 12 will be balls to the wall, I'm sure

I'm scooping up a 10kw generator from sams (online) at midnight tonight, and maybe one or two other things they have on sale

You couldn't possible need that big of a generator.

what size would be good for powering my whole house if I needed to?

the 10 is 599 but they also have a 3.5 for 199, but it looks a little too small

Its an actual load of 8000 Watts. You could do everything you want on it outside of running your AC. Hell, you may even be able to do that, depending on your startup, but your house would have to be set up with the connections.

You could run TV, Fridge, Window unit, lamps, fans....almost anything you would need in the event you lost power. 8000 watts is a bunch.

ETA: Do not get the 3500.

ok, so i'm getting the one I mentioned

i realized it was 8k rated, but the product name called it a 10,000 watt

I may even convert it to run on propane also, it looks pretty easy, and will make it easier to store fuel for sure

Do they sell kits for that? What would it take? I ask because Sams has this one

10,000 Watt Propane

for 799.

They do sell kits

The one I looked at was about 180 but it was a tri-fuel conversion

It worked with gas, nat gas or propane

It takes minutes to install

I think so
