I read this earlier. Its really sad that to appease the emotional libs by letting non-citizens in for absolutely no rational reason, our children have to die.

Don't for a second believe there was "no rational reason". The progressives (Neo-Coms) want the votes and know this will finish off the "fundamental transformation of America". It's always fun to read an article that uses the words 'evidence' and 'statistics' and clearly doesn't understand the definition of either.
A study conducted in 2013 (with actual science!) found that enteroviruses in Latin American children are no more likely to be d68 than other strains (Virology). Given that fact, and the previous existence of the disease in the country, the likely explanation involves some combination of increased awareness and mutation.
I say awareness because enterovirus D68 is not publicly reportable nationwide, so we could have had an existing outbreak that was not captured by the surveillance net for some time, and only now broke out into the areas that were looking for it.
Mutation is likely involved due to the addition of paralysis as a potential complication, which was either rare, unexplored, or unreported beforehand.
Either or both of those are rational, likely explanations. Fear-mongering about brown people isn't, and is backed up by neither evidence nor statistics.

Garbage article and terrible logic. I'm not a fan of Obama either, but you can point to every single president and pick out decisions that "cost" lives.
