He actually plays man-to-man and the other teams best receiver instead of staying on one side of the field.

Both guys are beast, but one consistently plays the toughest assignment

Actually, during the broadcast they explicitly said that Peterson doesn't typically face the other team's best receiver, but they had him shadowing Bryant today (which Sherman did against Dallas as well). Arizona changed it up this year and Peterson will typically stay on one side of the field now, unlike previous years.

Weeden is more to blame for Dez's stat line than Peterson.
