Aimbots? I imagine they work pretty well, especially in combination with a wall hack. It's always pretty obvious when you get in a match with a cheater, since they'll have a ridiculous KD ratio and you'll see him kill 6 people in the kill cam before killing you.
Not sure what kind of anti-cheat system is being used, but I'm sure it's all automated and on a delay.

One of the SMGs you unlock is Akimbo-only. I played with it for a one round. Not really my thing.
As with most CODs, running and gunning is pretty much the only way to do well. It's annoying that there seems to be no maps that make sniping practical though.

I'm still playing it daily. I might take a break from it when my AC Unity torrent finishes, and then again for Far Cry 4, but I only play those once. COD, Battlefield, Titanfall etc. are the filler between games like those.
