Calling all Ranters: How to Beat Ala - top 3 on DEF and OFF

On DEFENSE:
1. Stop their running game
2. Contain Cooper
3. Not let their QB run free
On OFFENSE:
1. Control the line of scrimmage
2. Not be predictable in early downs (i.e. run...run...run)
3. Limit turnovers
That's all I got. This is turning out to be a toss up game due to our recent success and improvement. I like our chances!

Cooper needs to be hit early, hard and often. Like the way we took shots on Manziel the past two years. If we get 15 yards called on us early so be it. We have to be physical !

I gave us little to no chance as of a couple of weeks ago, but I'm calling it even now. Anything can happen. I don't want to see us go 0-4 against anyone, and I believe CLM will do whatever it takes to prevent that.

If LSU can score more touchdowns than Bama then LSU wins...It's that simple. Gotta score more points then them. If they score more points than LSU then they win.

LSU's worst offensive performance came when they abandoned the run on second down and tried to spread it out. This team will either run the ball sucessfully on Bama, even when they know it's coming, or LSU will lose. Jennings will still need to make some throws, and running may set up some play-action, but this game will be won or lost on the ground like it has been for the last 5 or so years.

This is the first time I'll say X's and O's matter because of the emergence of kiffin as the Cordinator but other than that this game is about who wants it more and which team can make the least mistakes
