Today might be tough unless you want to pay top retail.
Louisiana Nursery and Cleggs should be open.

Plantech off old jefferson will sell them.

Call a couple of small landscape contractors. Sometimes they can get them and plant them for about the same price as you buying them.

Also, wax myrtles are terrible trees.

Dammit. But thanks. Wax Myrtles are terrible? How so? A live oak is a big commitment i won't take lightly.

They drop shite everywhere and look ratty.

Can't count how many we cut down in the years I was landscaping. They look pretty nice as a tall hedge though.

I prefer hollies or camellias for that purpose, but everyone has their choices.

Depends on how many you want, there are tree contractors that will make deliveries at that size or field dig them and deliver.

Have never seen a wax myrtle in a pot that size, maybe b&b, but they should have some.

What's B&B?

Yeah, we need about a 15 foot tree, ideally soon the better. I have help this week and would like to get it done.

Seriously, thanks or the tips.

If you are looking for just one I would make a trip to Plantec tomorrow followed by Cleggs. Also call a couple landscape contractors and get some prices for them delivering and planting, might surprise you.

How many trees? If enough, might want to look at traveling to Forest Hill and looking in their nurseries.

Nurseries there are the main supply for the local nurseries and you can get a lot of good deals there.
