Between LSU, Alabama, and MSU?

I'm not so sure that Ole Miss will win at Arkansas and hope they can win at home vs MSU. If they do lose at Arky, that would leave us in a 3 way tie.

If we win out and MSU has two losses against Ole Miss and Bama that results in three way tie, we go to Atlanta.

Let's just wait and see if there is a tie. All these predictions and for what?

MSU will owe us for life for beating Bama.

the three way tie would be between LSU/MSU/Bama. All would be 1-1 against each other. All would be 4-2 in the West. Highest ranking?

to see if realistically we have a chance....and to see if we are actually pulling for Ole Miss against Arky....I don't think that's asking too much with 3 games to go. Hey, if we win out I'll be damn happy with this season regardless....hell if we go 9-3 I'll be very happy as well......but this is a message board....sorry for wanting to know our options.

If it's a 3 way tie, I think it goes to east opponents

Alabama: Tenn with 1; Florida with 3
LSU: Kentucky with 2; Florida with 3
State: Kentucky with 2; Vandy with 0

We basically need Kentucky to do better than Tennessee to hold that tie breaker

There have been dozens of predictions and scenarios about the same subject. Dozens. None of it matters. We just have to win

No, rankings have nothing to do with it anymore. If Auburn and Ole Miss both finish 5-3, then tiebreakers would come down all the way to East opponent records. We'd win that right now, but it could still change. Along with all the games in the West, we need to hope Kentucky and Florida win the rest of their SEC games, and especially that Kentucky beats Tennessee.

If LSU wins out it would be a great season for these Tigers. I am more and more impressed with the tenacity and will they are displaying each week.

Just glancing at it, it appears that MSU would be out as they have Vandy and KY. that would leave Alabama and LSU.....with both having Florida so that is a wash....and LSU having KY and Bama having Tenn. Right now, KY has 1 more win....but even if it ends up where Tenn and KY are tied.....hopefully then it reverts back to head to head.....then we going to the ship...ha

yes and now we are one week closer...thus the scenarios start to narrow down.

Yes, yes it does. I can see that you aren't much of a planner....sorry, it is the business side of me that likes to look down the road at possibilities.

agreed. It's not like I will turn on the team if they win out and don't end up getting the help they need. I'll still be just as impressed with the turnaround. I'm not seeing your point in this....again, probably just a planner vs a non-planner.

Exactly. If UK > UT, then we win the tiebreaker straight up.
If UK = UT, then MSU is eliminated from the tiebreaker thanks to Vandy, and we beat Bama on head-to-head.
If UT > UK, Bama wins the tiebreaker.

Once LSU beats bama....then we become HUGE Bama and Ole Miss fans....haha....whowouldathunkit

LSU beats Bama/wins out
Bama beats MSU/Auburn
Georgia beats Auburn
Ole Miss beats MSU

that Thanksgiving weekend could be a weekend to remember.

Bama vs Auburn
OM vs MSU
A&M vs LSU

So as of now, essentially, LSU needs 4 things to happen that they do not control. Bama being 2 of them, and OM being another....

Yeah, it'll be interesting to watch. If it turns out that on Thanksgiving Saturday, we need both Bama and Ole Miss to win for us to go to Atlanta, this board might just lose its mind.
