I agree but assuming he isn't trolling, he's not ready to stop drinking and doesn't think he has a problem, and nothing on a message board will change that.

I'd recommend rehab but you can't miss time during your residency so you'll just continue drinking and blacking out because you feel like it's the cool thing to do.
