So my SO left me last night

She said she couldn't deal with my drinking. When I get blackout (which is only 2-3 times a month tops), I turn into a complete a-hole. I always told her I wasn't quitting because being labeled as an alchy and going through life not drinking is not what I want to deal with. It hasn't affected my career or life so I don't see the point.
Is this irrational thinking?
I'm out at a bar thinking I would move on to the next one, but I just don't have the urge to hit on anyone.

Just curious, how old are you? Post college, that seems like a lot. You recognize you turn into a complete a-hole 2-3 times a month, but you don't want to change, so why would she want to stay with you?.

There's where her real problem is with you.
If you can't drink without avoiding A and B, you might wanna try to cut back, quit, etc.
