What went down in the mean streets of Welsh yesterday?

On my way to Laffy yesterday morning on I-10 I saw the Welsh PD escorting the Lake Chuck PDs swat team in an armored personnel carrier and a few LCPD K9 units.
The back door on the carrier was open and there was the swat team in full body armour looking like they were about to go tear some shite up. They all got off at the Welsh Exit.
Anything on the news?
