Getting signature and avi privileges back

Is there anyway the admins can hook me up? Lost my avi rights this summer not sure why and i know why I lost my sig rights back in 2010. I won't use a gif anymore.

I just checked. There's no suppression of your sig and avi privileges on our end. The problem may be with your hosting website. Try again with other pics.
