Thomas can take a super cheap team friendly deal.
Have him as back up. Give him 5 or 6 carries a game and every once I a while bust out the screen pass that he is hands down the best in the NFL at executing. Can't give him much money though.

and this is why I fricking hate LSU. I know they don't represent the majority, but god damn...I swear to god the waterboy is the most accurate representation of tiger tards ever presented on film

Is in in the top 50 RBs in receptions or receiving yards? Why not?...because he can't clear the line of scrimmage.
Is he good at blocking?...I think Brees coming close to having his head taken off a few times last night answers that question.

You can claim the TDs but let's be honest. With our offense everybody scores TDs. If you're getting 30 opportunities to run the ball with this offense you should score two TDs.
Once again...he's a role player NOT a great RB. He will NEVER carry this team. You don't pay a RB top dollar unless he's all you have on offense. Ingram is not that guy.
You want so desperately to believe he's a top RB but he's not. He's simply a guy you can fit into a system which operates via the passing game. You can find guys to fit this role without wasting a ton of money.
His production has yet to validate his draft selection. Don't break the bank on a guy who can be replaced.

LSU empties early when they play someone like Tulane but remains for good games against quality opponents.
Carolina's stadium wasn't full at kickoff last night and was empty well before the game ended. That's the way it is in the modern era with games being televised.
You have to be a pretty weak program to not be on television each week as there are 100 games to choose from.
I actually pull for all teams from Louisiana but not when some jackass is going to knock LSU simply because their program hasn't been relevant for the past century.
