Is the examiner supposed to be an unbiased news source? I honestly don't know but when you google the examiner/Fox News/racist there are a bunch of articles like this blowing things out of proportion

It's clickbait.
First thing that happens when you click on that article is a fricking Chlorox commercial raises from the depths of your screen and plays dance house music.
I've come to realize that most of the politics found on the internet are just trolls trying to make money off advertising.
EDIT - Try to pay attention today on every article you click on that's politics related. I'm willing to bet before you can read the article, you either see an ad featured on the page or you have to watch a video prior to reading the page or your are interrupted with some kind of noisy or flashy pop up.

Look at the people writing the articles. They are listed as "conservative examine" or "liberal examiner" so yeah, it appears they are presenting stories being pushed by both sides.

In a way, this clip and this story absolutely prove O'Reilly's point.
O'Reilly makes some fairly benign (and true) points about blacks and the GOP, and he gets hammered for making "disgustingly racist comments."
Does anybody know if examiner.com is associated with The Washington Examiner? I sure hope not.

Which is why I always post a good summary of what's in the article, in case nobody wants to click. I rarely clink links myself.

It was nice for Travis to recognize Rand Paul for his AA outreach. Now, only if the remaining GOP politicians would do the same.
FWIW, Rand's idea of "free enterprize zones" in hard hit AA communities is a great idea and good for AA communities, IMO. Probably get a lot of gentrification though.

I don't think most Republican politicians are afraid of Black Americans, they just want to win elections, by any means necessary, which is the same for Democratic politicians. In 2007, there was a Republican Presidential debate at Morgan State University, an HBCU, which all of the top candidates skipped. When asked why they skipped it, Pat Buchanan said that their strategists believed that it would cost them votes in the primary if they were seen courting Black voters, while the minor candidates had nothing to lose. All of the candidates who showed up got a warm reception, but not surprisingly, Ron Paul got the biggest applause. All politicians do whatever they think will garner the most votes.

Republicans aren't and never have been afraid of blacks as Bill espouses, but rather afraid of the medias manipulation of what they say to black audiences, but that can be overcome in todays world of blogs, social media and conservative news, in the 70's and 80's the liberal press would always distort the conservatives message by cutting and splicing (like MSNBC still does today) the message, always painting the message as condescending, ignorant or uncaring etc. etc / even racist.
So conservatives/republicans stayed away.

Oh I get it, Fox talked about black people, and it was about Republicans can't communicate to black people.... 
So, "Fox news" "Republicans"..wonder if their point was slam dunked proven by the reaction..The reaction is to keep blacks on the Dem plantation. The Dems want to keep them on their Plantation should be the headlines...
