Ever have strange interactions with customer service phone reps?

So I called a company to resolve an issue with a bill and during the course of the transaction I had her absolutely cracking up do to the voices I was doing. (Radio Voice)
Finish up business, end transaction.
An hour later I get a friend request from, surprise surprise, the customer service rep. (I know, I know, delete FB, blah blah blah.)
What would the OT do in this situation?
I mean, is this super inappropriate or just a side effect of our highly visible social media driven lives?

decline, I see no reason to accept the request, since you don't know her, or have any interaction with her, outside of the phone call.

Had an experience like this when I was in college with Internet customer rep, she seemed bored and wanted to talk. Guess their job sucks and they like to play games, never a fb request.
